The Whole Is Greater Than The Sum Of Its Parts

Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate is dedicated to the proposition that real estate buyers and sellers residing in and moving to the Bend, Oregon area deserve unsurpassed service. Our legacy covers three and a half decades, beginning when company founder Sandy Garner launched her real estate career in Central Oregon 35 years ago.

During her award-winning career, Sandy launched The Garner Group as a team within a larger real estate agency. We took our leave and became a fully independent real estate company in January 2008.

We have since continued to grow both in number of agents and in volume of business. Our current family of real estate brokers is composed of veteran Realtors® and talented new agents alike.

The Garner Group has a reputation as an independent and self-reliant real estate company. Thus the decision to enter a franchise relationship with Harcourts International involved a great deal of consideration and reflection. At the end of the day, we recognized that Harcourts provides an impressive array of technology, training and marketing tools that will enable us to serve clients better and attract top agents.

Harcourts brings an enviable record of longevity, growth, service and performance to the table. The company is 125 years old and has approximately 800 offices under its umbrella. Engaged in real estate on an international scale, Harcourts is now pursuing a growth initiative in the United States.

“By aligning Harcourts with Sandy’s company we have found the perfect match of culture and values,” observed Rick DeLuca, prominent real estate trainer and author. As Regional Director for Harcourts Northwest, he is in charge of growing the brand in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. “Harcourts The Garner Group will serve as a model for future offices as we continue to spread our record of success throughout the Pacific Northwest.”

Ownership of Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate has not changed. It remains a family business situated in Bend, Oregon. Through this franchise relationship, we are now a member of a larger and very inclusive real estate community. They say the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. We agree.
